2006 Pennsylvania Taxidermy Convention

We are not a typical taxidermy studio

When you choose to have your animal mounted at our studio, you can be assured that it will be prepared the way that you want it. All to often I have seen the disappointment in peoples faces when they show me the mounts that they have had done elsewhere, and wish that it would have been mounted in a different position or with a more natural expression. The only reason that it wasn't exactly the way they wanted it was because they felt pressured to decide on a pose very quickly or were given limited options to choose from. I have made it my mission not to let that happen here. No matter if you bring a world class elk or a tiny squirrel, it is your trophy, and I will take as much time as needed to make sure it is presented in the way that you want it to be.

Each mount that I do is customized in some way, whether it be a particular facial expression or a custom alteration to fit a corner of your living room, each piece us unique and made to suit you. This is what keeps your mount from becoming 'lost' in a room, overlooked daily and almost forgotten, and makes it a focal point that catches your eye and brings back the memory of that long ago hunt. That is the effect I try to achieve.

Wildlife Artistry by Clayton Eicher is a family owned and operated Taxidermy studio specializing in custom designs for individuals and museums. Each piece we do is customized to suit our clients needs, whether it be a squirrel or a lifesize dinosaur reproduction. Our emphasis is on quality and realism, and we strive to achieve the highest standard of each.
